The Rulebook on the Appearance and Use of the Trademark of a Designation of Origin, Geographical Indication and Guaranteed Traditional Specialty Food Designation is published in the Official Gazette of BiH, No. 82/19 of December 17, 2019 and shall enter into force on the eighth day after publication in the “Official Gazette of BiH”.
The ordinance prescribes the appearance and use of the trademark of the designation of origin, geographical indication and designation of the guaranteed traditional specialty of foodstuffs, and the method of issuing the mark.
Trademark of the designation of origin, geographical indication and designation of the traditional specialty guaranteed foodstuff is a trademark visually identifying the registered designation of a foodstuff produced and registered in accordance with the Rulebook on Quality Systems for Foodstuffs (Official Gazette of B&H, No. 90 / 18).
